Be on Time!

Please make sure your child is at school on time! Doors open for students at 7:40 AM and instruction begins at 7:50 AM. Parents should remember when dropping their children off to allow enough time for backpacks and winter gear to be put away in lockers. 

Morning Routine

If your child arrives after 7:50 AM, you will need to bring him/her inside through the main entrance door to be signed in. Students coming in late must report to the office before going to their classrooms.

End of the Day Communication 

Students are dismissed at 2:55 PM. All messages for students should be called into the office no later than 2:15 PM to allow time for updates to be communicated to staff. We thank you for your cooperation! If alternative transportation arrangements are made for the end of the day, please notify the office or send a note with your child. Your child will not be able to go home with anyone who is not on the emergency contact form unless prior notification has been given.  Thank you for supporting us as we work to maintain a safe school environment.

Please Report Student Attendance 

Please report your child’s absence to the Southeastern Elementary office at (269) 948-4419 anytime your child will not be at school.

Note: Our phone system is set up to take messages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Southeastern Elementary office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
